Unfortunately, sometimes when a customer orders a product from your store that product may not be able to deliver to their country. Fortunately, there's a workaround:
You can find another identical product from another supplier that does ship to their country.
If you do manage to find another product from a different supplier that ships to your customers country, you can process the order with them instead.
*Please ensure you're still making a profit as products costs and shipping costs may increase with different suppliers*

If you are unable to find another identical product that ships to your customers country then you will have to refund the customer and inform them that the product is out of stock.
