How To Integrate Rave Payment Gateway?

To integrate the Rave payment gateway:


I. From the store dashboard go to: > Store Settings > Checkout > General


II. Under the 'Address' heading, check the tick-box labelled 'Show postcode/ZIP Code field':



III. Click 'Save Settings' at the bottom of the page:



IV. From there, go to: > Store Settings > Checkout > Terms



V. Check the tick-box labelled 'Show at checkout':



VI. Click 'Save Settings' at the bottom of the page:



1. Create a Rave Account (if you haven't already done so) - https://dashboard.flutterwave.com/login


a) As an individual



b) fill out your details



c) Verify your account


2. Go to: > Settings > API



3. Copy the 'Public Key' / 'Secret Key'


4. From the store dashboard go to: > Store Settings > Checkout > Gateways



5. Scroll down to the heading 'Rave'


6. Check the tick-box labelled 'Enable Rave'


7. Alter the 'Payment method title' to how you see fit


8. Set the 'Currency' as 'South African Rand (ZAR, R)'


9. Uncheck the tick-box labelled 'Sandbox/test mode'


10. Copy and paste the 'Public key' and 'Secret key' in the corresponding text boxes


(*Don't forget to click 'Save Changes' after making alterations*)
