To access the 'Shipped Email Order Settings', from the store dashboard go to:
> Store Settings > Orders & Emails > Shipped Email

The first setting at the top labelled 'BBC to' allows you to blind carbon copy the 'Shipped Email' to an email address of your choice.
The 'Subject line' and 'Message template' will be sent off to your customers when they purchase from you and can be altered to your liking.
To add any available shortcodes (over to the right hand side) to the email, simply switch to 'Text' view by clicking 'Text' in the top right hand corner:

'[order_products]' and '[order_shipping]' can be replaced by '[order_products_without_17track_links]' and '[order_shipping_without_17track_links]' if you wish for customers not to receive a tracking link. This way your customers will receive a tracking code instead of a 17track.net link.
'[order_tracking_codes]' will output all tracking codes in a list.
