How To Add A Live Chat To Your Store (Crisp Live Chat)
To add a live chat function to your store, go to:
> Plugins > Add New
From within this page, click the search box in the top right hand corner:
In the search box, type in 'Crisp Chat':
This is the one we want (top left), click 'Install Now':
Wait for it to finish installing and then click the blue 'Activate' button:
Click 'Crisp Settings' over to the left hand side:
And click 'Connect with Crisp' on the next page:
You will now have to enter your details to create an account with 'Crisp':
Once all your details have been entered and you have checked that they are all correct, click 'Continue':
Enter your store's details on the next page, and click 'Continue':
The setup is nearly completed, click 'Discover My Dashboard':
Click 'Continue' to link 'Crisp' to 'Wordpress':
The live 'Crisp Chat' will now be shown on your store for customers to use (bottom right):
To manage your 'Crisp Settings' and account, go to > Crisp Settings and click 'Go to my Crisp settings':
