Prerequisites

Before you can process orders, ensure you have:

• Administrator access to your WordPress site
• An active AliExpress account
• Connected your AliExpress account to the plugin (one-time setup)

Step-by-Step Order Processing

1. Navigate to Orders

Log into your WordPress admin panel and go to Ready Made Stores → Orders. You'll see a list of all customer orders with their current status.

2. Select an Order

Click on any order with a "Paid" status to open the order details page. Here you'll see:

• Customer information and delivery address
• Products ordered with quantities and variations
• Payment details and order totals

3. Review Order Information

Before processing, verify:

• The delivery address is complete and accurate
• Phone number includes country code (required by AliExpress)
• All products show their AliExpress product IDs
• Product variations (size, color) are correctly displayed

4. Connect to AliExpress (First Time Only)

If you haven't connected your AliExpress account:

• Click the "Order from AliExpress" button
• When prompted, click "Connect AliExpress Account"
• Log into your AliExpress account in the popup window
• Authorize the connection
• The window will close automatically when complete

5. Place the Order

Once connected:

• Click "Order from AliExpress" button
• The system will automatically:

• Add all products to your AliExpress cart
• Fill in the customer's shipping address
• Apply the selected shipping method
• Add a dropshipping note to exclude invoices/promotional materials

• Review the order on AliExpress if needed
• Complete the payment on AliExpress

6. Order Confirmation

After successful placement:

• The order status automatically updates to "Processing"
• AliExpress order IDs are saved for each product
• An activity log entry is created
• The "Order from AliExpress" button disappears

7. Tracking Information

Once AliExpress ships the items:

• Click "Get tracking IDs" to retrieve tracking numbers
• Tracking information is automatically saved to the order
• You can then send tracking details to your customer

Tips for Success

• Address Issues: If an address seems incomplete, contact the customer before ordering
• Phone Numbers: Always ensure phone numbers include country codes
• Bulk Orders: Process multiple orders by opening each in a new tab
• Failed Orders: If an order fails, check that all products are still available on AliExpress

Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues:

• Ensure your AliExpress account is still connected (check user profile)
• Verify products haven't been removed from AliExpress
• Check that shipping is available to the customer's country
• For connection issues, try disconnecting and reconnecting your AliExpress account
