Before using AI features, you need to configure your AI provider settings. Navigate to Store Settings → Products → AIin your WordPress admin panel. Enable AI features by checking the "Enable AI Features" checkbox, then select your preferred AI provider from OpenAI (ChatGPT), (Coming soon: Anthropic (Claude), Google (Gemini), or Cohere). Enter your API key, which you can obtain from your chosen provider's dashboard. Select your preferred AI model, language, writing tone (professional, casual, friendly, luxury, technical, playful, or persuasive), and description length (short, medium, long, or detailed).
When editing any product, you'll find an AI tab in the product details metabox. Click the Generate Title & Descriptionbutton to automatically create optimized product content based on your existing product data. If you want to preserve the original AliExpress description while adding AI-enhanced content, check the "Keep original description" option before generating. The AI will analyze your product's specifications, category, and price to create compelling, conversion-focused descriptions tailored to your selected tone and length preferences.
The AI system can automatically generate search-engine optimized metadata for better visibility. In the product's AI tab, click Generate SEO Meta Data to create an SEO-friendly title, meta description, and relevant keywords. The generated content considers current SEO best practices and your product's unique selling points to maximize search engine rankings.

Use the Test API Connection button in the AI tab to verify your configuration is working correctly. If you encounter issues, check that your API key is valid and has sufficient credits, verify your selected model is available for your API plan, and ensure AI features are enabled in the main settings panel.
