The Shipping Cost On AliExpress Is Too Great
When importing products to your store we advise to import free shipping products via Epacket, if free shipping or Epacket is unavailable then cheap shipping methods. Testing the cost of shipping prior to importing is also advised as you can then be sure that the shipping won't outweigh your profit margin. 

To filter products by free shipping:
1. Search for the product on AliExpress 
2. Set the ship to destination

3. Check the Free Shipping tick box

If you manage to find alternative suppliers for the expensive shipping products, you can change the supplier by following this guide.


If you've already received an order for a product on your store you'll need to find an alternative supplier that offers a lower shipping rate. Simply search on AliExpress for the product and follow the steps above.


If you're unable to find another supplier with a cheaper shipping method, refund the customer and inform them that the product is out of stock.
